PrimeSCM Best Practice
Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Workshops including five thematic areas related to the supply chain management – key areas for every business.

For several years we have specialized in organizing business processes within supply, procurement, purchasing and warehouse logistics management as well as supply chain management in distributed networks.

Our motto is the practical identification of customers\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' needs and formulating proposals for process optimization.

The workshops are conducted by business professionals, experienced logistics managers and certified logistic and IT systems consultants.

The modular range of workshops (concerning five areas) – best practices in the organization of:

  • processes of supply management in the supply chain, including developing virtual supply chains
  • internal logistics in production companies with special emphasis on the methods of production supplying and  the management of raw materials and finished goods movement to distribution centers
  • intra-warehouse logistics processes– using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • supply chains in distributed networks – especially in retail networks in the organization of:
  • planning processes– both demand (SOP) and resources (raw materials, power of the machines, working time, etc.)
    • supply processes
    • supplies in the development of the distribution network , supporting networks by virtual chains controlled by systems such as SAP Retail
    • replenishment processes, push or pull from warehouses or in the direct processes with the suppliers (Third Party)

The workshops are intended for logistics managers dealing with the supply chain management. If necessary, they can be extended to include issues related to the point of sale management - in the range of category, price, conversion and promotion management.

The workshops are organized cyclically in a form of PrimeForum forum. Thematic areas dedicated to individual customers are also possible.

PrimeRetail Best Practice
Organization of Retail processes

Workshops concerning the area of retail network management with ERP systems – with an emphasis on modeling in SAP Retail system.

The experience of our consultants is supported by retail chains management, the management of so-called back and front office in the supply chain.

Many times we have designed retail processes during ERP systems implementations and projects of logistic processes optimization.

We have completed branch implementations in basic model for slow moving goods networks - as the project leaders. We have also conducted implementations as certified consultants of the ERP SAP Retail systems for fashion, telecommunications and home appliances industries.

The scope of the workshops includes a presentation of the best practices in:

  • organization of category management methods – criteria and methods for distribution of points of sales and product range
  • methods for managing merchandise display, product range, space, shelf, etc.
  • organization of the processes in the supply chain– replenishment, push, pull, creating listing, etc.
  • organization of the price calculation
  • promotion and promotion simulation methods management
  • sales and demand plans creation and management, external data and environment influence, methods of correction of the plans
  • retail network and virtual supply chains in the ERP system modeling, especially for industry-specific solutions (telecommunications, fashion, household appliances)

The workshops are intended for managers dealing with category or supply chain in retail networks management. If necessary, they can be extended to include subjects related to the point of sale management – conversion, time management and merchandise display issues.

The workshops are organized cyclically in a form of PrimeForum forum. Thematic areas dedicated to individual customers are also possible.

PrimeWMS Best Practice
Organization of warehouse logistics processes

Workshops encompasses the management of all types of warehouses  - flow-through,  high rack storage, automatically controlled with an emphasis on warehouses controlled with roller conveyors.

Our consultants in their career, apart from advisory activities, also managed warehouse logistics and WMS systems implementations as certified ERP consultants (ABS, SAP, RELAG and Qguar).

The scope of the workshops encompasses a presentation of the best practices in the area of:

  • geography of the warehouses and intra-warehouse geography organization
  • storage organization
  • flow of goods and internal movement organization
  • area organization – identification points, cross-docking, reception areas, gate crews, transportation management (FMS – forklift management system and yard management)
  • multi-stage flow methods and multi-stage processes – external receipts, receipts from production,  issues with consolidation, packaging, multi-order-picking, output zones controlling, etc.
  • warehouse modeling in ERP systems

The workshops are intended for logistics managers dealing with storage organization. If necessary, they can be extended to include subjects related to shipment and transportation management. During the workshops we put the emphasis on WMS modeling in SAP system.

The workshops are organized cyclically in a form of PrimeForum forum. Subject areas dedicated to individual customers are also possible.

PrimeDemand & Sales Planning Best Practices & Tools
Organization of the process of demand and sales planning

Workshops and data modeling in the area of methods creation for demand planning and stock optimization in the supply chain.

We offer an advanced workshop and tools for achieving the established goal – improving the accuracy of demand planning, chains modeling as well as reducing the inventory level in the distribution network.

The scope of the workshops encompasses a presentation of the best practices in the areas of:

  • the organization of the planning process not just as statistical, but also as operational process
  • creating models reflecting and optimizing the supply chain in Tools Group and SAP Forecasting and Replenishment tools.
  • creating Self-Learning and Demand Models Adapting Machines – including elements of Artificial Intelligence
  • development of stochastic models and adapting models to the data using such tools as TG and SAP R&R
  • workshops optimizing the stock level in the target chain
  • supply and purchase optimization based on the modified supply chain using such tools as TG and SAP R&R

The workshops are intended for stock and purchase managers in the supply chains.
